50 Best of Breed Online MBA Degree Programs Without GMAT for 2013

January 1, 2013 8:01 am0 commentsViews: 6272

Although a lot of schools still require the GMAT, GRE, or some other test to demonstrate a candidate’s readiness for an MBA program many schools are moving away from standardized tests and toward other admissions screening methods. This is good news for students who struggle with test anxiety, professionals who simply don’t have the time or who are located overseas.

To find the best online MBA programs with No GMAT requirement or a Waiver of the GMAT option, the staff at MBANoGMAT.com evaluated nearly 300 schools using the following criteria in order of importance: accreditation, type of testing required for admissions, cost, minimum time required to earn an MBA degree, amount of work experience required, number of MBA degrees and concentrations available, whether the school is considered military friendly, and having a social media presence. Our formula calculated each of the criteria metrics and weighted them accordingly to be considered ‘best of breed‘.

The 50 schools below all met our criteria for ‘Awesomeness’ so whether the school is #1 or #50, they are all very worthy and reputable universities to consider. It is possible to get into any one of the MBA programs without taking the GMAT. Some of the schools don’t require the test at all, while others waive the requirement under certain conditions. We hope you enjoy our findings. NOTE: If you find any errors in this data please let us know and we’ll fix. To be social media friendly you must have accounts with Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

Program cost legend:

$ = up to $25,250, $$ = $25,251 to $43,000, $$$ = $43,001 to $60,000, $$$$ = over $60,000
